- Through direct episode contracts with OxBridge

We are still building a network of direct contracts to cover entire metropolitan markets where we are initially introducing our plans to employers. As a result, we access national provider networks or enter into agreements with local health plans to access their networks – for a fee. For any provider wishing to also participate in gain sharing in our Bundled Payment arrangements, direct contracts are required.
